Welcome to my world of bespoke artisanal brick ovens, where tradition meets innovation, and passion ignites the flame of craftsmanship. For me, building an oven isn’t just about construction, it’s about tradition, excellence, and unmatched precision. My journey into the world of brick oven building was fueled by a proud Italian heritage that forms the bedrock of my work, and a lifelong love for cooking with fire.

Each oven I craft is not just a product, but a manifestation of art in precision. Each brick is placed, and “massaged” into position with 1mm joints. This level of care ensures a dome that isn’t just durable, it’s a masterpiece of engineering. But to truly master the craft, I sought out the best in the world.

My journey began under the expert guidance of master oven builders Alex Chernov, David Neufeld, and J Patrick Manley. Inspired by their unparalleled expertise, I have honed my skills and cultivated an unwavering dedication to quality. But it was my own obsessive attention to detail that defined my signature style. I believe there is a profound art in precision. While many see a construction project, I see a sculpture.

In my workshop, each oven is handcrafted with love, built one brick at a time. These ovens are functional art, tailored for the discerning connoisseur who values quality and distinction. I create centerpieces that serve as a focal point for your home and your lifestyle. No two projects are the same; each is as unique and distinctive as the client it’s built for.

These aren’t just ovens; they are heirlooms in the making. I combine unparalleled passion with innovative design to create tools that will feed families and gather friends for decades to come. When you choose one of my ovens, you aren’t just buying a cooking appliance, you are investing in a legacy of quality and a commitment to the craft.

Join me on this journey of tradition, excellence, and unmatched craftsmanship, where every brick oven I create is inspired by passion, guided by expertise, and defined by heritage.
